It's my first vape pen, so I don't have much experience. I like how small and sleek it is compared to other's I've seen, and it seems to work great so far. I appreciate the ability to change temperatures. Also the battery has been lasting a long time!

The one Om video you have of how to use it makes it look like the large or small cartridge caps will hold the cartridge snugly. But it is a very loose fit. That, combined with the wiggly magnetic connection make this not pocket ready. It just does not feel like a sturdy protection to hold the cart from getting jostled, lose its connection, and have to be disassembled in order to line things up again.
Additionally the bottom button does not allow for standing it upright to prevent the oil flowing to the side wall of the cart. Unless you store it in a cup or glass.

This little device rocks! Weighty in the hand, the nicely machined pieces smoothly thread together allow you to use 0.5 & 1.0g oil carts and Airvapes concentrate carts. Everything fits together nicely.

This little device is definitely worth the buy! I got it because I needed a new pen my old one from this site wasn’t working as well, it’s a few years old. I love how discrete this pen is and the sleek look it has is unmatched. The dab attachment is my favorite part of this pen. The customer service is amazing if you loose a part.

I love this thing! This is the most efficient vape I've ever used. It is nothing like those cheap pens that are sold by dispensaries. The battery is strong enough to release a great inhalation even when the cartridge is almost empty. Highly recommended and well worth the price!

I kept telling myself there is a learning curve or the problems I’m having are due to user error. I don’t think so anymore, this device is extremely temperamental. I’ve had issues with a couple cartridges, but the concentrate chamber will vape about 1/8 attempts. I’m hoping the ceramic accessory will do better; if not, I’m giving it up. It’s such a cool device, if only it worked!

I just received mine in the mail today. It was definitely one of the easiest and fastest to get used to. I love the fact that it's a keychain talk about being discrete. I don't think anyone will ever know what it is! And it hits like a dream. You can take a huge big mind-blower or just a nice little taster to get you through. And The Taste it produces is phenomenal. It doesn't hit that great and I'm constantly having to fuss with it.
1 out of every 5 times I try to hit it it works. The rest of the time needs some kind of adjustment. For both prefilled cartridges and concentrate. Not worth the money.
