Artwork looks like the sleeve is sturdier, like a case. Otherwise the bubbles are great, they help keep our Legacy PRO clean.
Greg F.
Much better than the og caps. I threw away the og threaded caps with vengeance
David W.
The latest dosing caps are waaaay better than the originals with threaded caps. There is no way to get those old caps on after a couple puffs. The new ones are load and click.
I do have to raise my temp about 20degrees to get the same cloud production as without dousing caps.
Jesus D.
The old and new style are extremely amazing. The size are perfect and can handle a good amount of product. They eliminate the mess and maintain clean the chamber. Im going for the 3rd pack.
Ron F.
Great improvement over the old capsules. Love them!
Dale S.
I've been using the AirVape Air Bubbles since they first became available and must admit that the originals, with the threaded top, were a challenge. I developed a technique that worked well and over came the cross threading issues but they still took more time to fill than reasonably necessary.
The new kids on the block have overcome the thread issues with their new snap-on approach which makes filling a breeze. I'll give them two thumbs up.
Happy vaping!
Tiffany B.
I really love these new updated dosing capsules. They're much easier to use than the originals.
Gilda P.
Greetings, the latest version of the capsule is extraordinary. Easy to handle, easy to fill. Still retaining the magnificent flavor that ALP is known for...easy to clean. A huge improvement from the initial one. Airvape is always evolving. Great company. Greatest vape of all.
Rickey W.
Great way to have it loaded and great timesaver at parties.
Ryan S.
Snapping is way easier than the threads. Don't pack too tight. I take out all the screens when using the pods and add a dynavap intercooler into the glass.
Patrick H.
The dosing caps are easy to open and close. With the right size spoon the caps are easy to fil with weed. The ABV comes out of the cap clean so there is not much cleaning of the caps to be done. The convenience of using the caps beats refilling the bowl after every session.
Jerald J.
This is a game-changer. The updated snap-in lid is a definite improvement over the previous screw-in lids. A friend told me about the challenges with the screw-on lid, so I did not buy these until after the change in design.
I just started using this air-bubles with my Legacy Pro and I intend to not let them get dirty enough so that cleaning them is an issue. I see the other posts regarding the challenges getting the lid off after a few uses and that is exactly why I've always kept my devices clean
I gt these air-bubbles along with the dosing tool, and these work excellently together. I've used the tool to press into a mound of material; sometimes it takes a few presses to fill the cup. I usually check the volume to make sure it is filled.
The tool dispenses its contents into the pod, without flowing over the edge. It's a clean operation.
The lids have three pressure tabs and pod has a cutout so that you can slip your fingernail in and under the lid to pop it out. When placing the lid onto the pod, you have to make sure that not one of those tabs is over that cutout, otherwise that tab has nothing to press against.
Getting the lid snapped back into the pod was the hardest thing about this system, but if the pod is filled to the top, then the lid can't tilt as I'm pressing it in and it snaps in easily. Therefore, for me, I'm always going to fill the pod to the top; no half-loads.
I've tried the Legacy Pro in both on-demand mode and in session-mode, and I like both modes with these pods. My temp is 355-356º F and I'm quite successful getting good hits, emphasizing flavor. I'm getting 3-4 sessions per air-bubble, which is the same when the LP's bowl is filled directly.
I would recommend both the capsules and the dosing tool; loading these with one's fingertips is just not as much fun!
Tom V.
The new capsules are excellent! I like the threaded ones, but snap on lids are much better.
Rebecca M.
Mostly liked the original capsules because they kept the Legacy Pro airway clear of messy debris (still need to clean the tars regularly, of course), but as most noted the caps were a pain to deal with. Sometimes couldn't hit the threads right or I forgot which side was up. Removal almost always required a narrow-bladed screwdriver and hopes that my fingers could grip the base firmly enough to avoid stuff ending up everywhere. The new design is a friction fit that works way better and requires only a thumbnail to remove the cap. Plus with the bump in the middle, there's no question which side is up. I also recommend the new dosing tool they offer as it makes the loading easier.
James H.
Great concept but poor execution. Slippery little things. Are they threaded? I thought so, but watching the video on how to load with the new tool, it appears he just snaps it on...they do keep the device clean longer. I'd really like to see you guys try again on this. I bet you could make it much easier.
Josh E.
These work good but new design should include vertical lines around the bottom piece for grip.
Steven S.
Fantastic add on to an already fantastic vape. Best vape I’ve ever used
Steven P.
Love the pods! Keeps the device cleaner and maintenance much faster. Pods actually hold more than I need for a session and I haven’t had any issue with the threads. I do wish however they made a nice holder for them or even a grinder designed to fill them easier. I came from a Davinci IQ2 and those pods have a nice holder and grinder designed to hold the pods for easy filling. Not a necessity but something I would easily order if available. I did buy a nice pill holder from Amazon that the pods fit in nicely for storage. Both ends unscrew so I can take a full pod off the top and put the empty back in the bottom.
Christopher L.
They're incredibly hard to open, especially after some use. The lids will get stuck and using the tool you'll damage the capsule. I still can't get the damn lid off. This is the 2nd one of my capsules that is like this.
David H.
These work surprisingly well. I've only been using for about a week or so, and so far they keep the whole system cleaner, with no problems at all in loading and unloading the pucks and I Am ready already to order a few more. What I've figured out is that the more I have, the more convenience they will add to my entire operation.
James R.
Great capsules for filling when I'm on the go. Very useful items.
William K.
These make vaping flower so convenient, and reduce cleaning frequency dramatically.
Roger W.
The Airvape dosing caps are almost perfect. I’ve got three sets of caps, each containing a different strain. I use a label maker to identify each set’s strain. It’s nice to have several sessions with me wherever I take my Legacy Pro SE. The only suggestion I have is to diamond cut the edge of the cap to make it easier to get a grip when filling them. Other than that, the dosing caps are perfect.
Jonathan N.
Hands down the best dosing capsules that I've used. My only gripe is that they screw shut and the threads are so small and everything gets jammed up pretty fast. Would be cooler to have like a twist lock system or something.
Justin S.
These are so handy! Keep your unit clean and they are stunning 14k gold plated.
Boricua P.
Work extremely perfect with the press and the pellets that the press create. Clean load and ready to fly
Steve G.
These work great, but some sort of holder for filling is desperately needed
Bob v.
get in touch with your fine motor skills!
Vaughn W.
I like using the dosing capsules because they keep the vape cleaner!
Darryl J.
I really like the look of these little canisters, but these are very hard to handle and to fit together. It would help if it was press fit instead of screw on or perhaps some type of knurling. They work well when you fit it together.
Michael R.
This completes legacy pro easy to load & empty and keeps everything clean
James C.
These things technically work, but are such a pain to use. They're incredibly hard to take apart and put back together again because the threading is so fine, getting the threads to line up when putting it back together is super finicky.
This isn't the quality I've come to expect from airvape, they need to change this design.
Also it would be awesome if the next Pro had a symmetrical bowl, so you could flip the dosing caps upside down and get the most out of your flower since the bottom always cooks faster.
Sean M.
These dosing capsules are great and improve the Legacy Pro experience significantly. I love the ability to preload the capsules and take them with me. My only issue is the lack of a tube or something to carry them in. I have a titanium stash canister for a keychain and it works well.
Tiffany B.
Love these dosing capsules for on the go keeps my vaporizer clean and I can load them with individual THC or CBD for medicating.
Colin M.
The idea is fantastic, since you often want more than one chamber's worth when you're out and about, but stopping to clean, grind and reload is messy and awkward. Having pre-filled chambers solves the problem and these work well for that.
The problem is that they are, by necessity, very small. The threading on the screw tops are therefore also very small. This makes them quite a bit of hassle to open and close without cross-threading. It might help if there was some sort of reloading jig and tool to make it a bit easier. The tool included in the vape itself is definitely useful, but refilling the six of them basically entails an extended period of time hunching over, giving yourself a hand cramp trying to hold on to each one while you unscrew the top, and then trying 3 times to get the screws aligned properly to replace it. I'll still keep using these, but I think the design could be better.
Bobby C.
These work well but unless you have a hydrosonic cleaner you will never get the threads clean enough for these to work more than a few months. I have already had to throw one away because heat, a vice, and a screw driver were not enough to unscrew the capsule. I hope something is done and a better version comes along or the Legacy may sit on the shelf.
Mike F.
they are ok but a lot of time to clean and fill up
Joseph B.
The pods are literally a change in the operational process of the AVLP.
They keep the chamber nice and clean, make loading and unloading fast, and, this was the most surprising thing, they remove the cold spot in the top middle that causes incompletely heated material to stick and stay unused. This means that not only is your heating chamber cleaner, but you use all of the material more consistently, and, since it is more thoroughly used, the pods themselves are very easy to dump and brush out without sticky residue.
Yes, they reduce the capacity, but not by much, and the ease of changing a used pod to a new pod makes up for the loss.
I wish these came as standard issue kit with the AVLP (given its premium price and target audience) but I suppose we can let that slide.
Buy them, you'll never regret it.
Francesca M.
Perfect lil device and perfect lil on the go prefill pods. Handy dandy
Michael G.
Convenient but hard to thread. Takes patience!
Taylor W.
It's a very sleek and convenient way of packing multiple bowls, especially on the move. The bowls hold about half if not less than a regular bowl. My main two issues are with the threading, it feels very difficult to close the top because of how tight the threads are. This also makes the bowls much more secure, but it's a trade off. Finally, the only way to safely remove the small metal bowl from the airvape is to utilize the metal stick that comes with the airvape. It works perfect unless for some reason you've lost your metal stick and the airvape comes with no replacement. You can always buy another one, or potentially even reach out to airvape as they have one of the best customer support I've seen, but regardless it feels bad to have to rely on such an easily loseable part.
Paul P.
Capsules work well. The only issue I have with them is that the threads are difficult to thread together. Most of the time they are cross threaded because the are so difficult to close properly. I think a notch closure would be much easier.
Julian G.
Great idea, could use some improvements. Threads are very tight and fine making it difficult to put the lid on. After some practice and use it becomes easier though. Design could be improved as cross threading is very possible and easy to do if you put to much force on it. But overall happy. Makes cleaning much easier and faster.
Rick P.
Exactly what the Legacy Pro needed.
Eli M.
Great product. Weed smokes well in the pods. My only suggestions: they should be deeper for more weed and the pods should come in a case so that you can take with you with several pre-filled
JOHN K.
These dosing capsules are absolutely awesome. It is so convenient to load up and use.
Jagger M.
I like these little metal pods. It keeps the Legacy Pro debris free. It does leave behind a little bit of sticky residue from the AVB, but it's easy to clean with a premoist wipe. Occasionally, it can be a bit difficult to screw the cap on and off, but I can make it work.
Ken G.
These micro dose capsules are working quite well. I don’t even have to grind the bud. I just pinch off a piece of the bud and press it into the capsule, put the lid on and it’s ready to go. Having several made up ahead of time it is quite easy to pop out a used one and exchange it for new one. No muss our fuss. Super easy to clean for refill and vaporizer stays clean as well. Love it!
Ken G.
Michael V.
While like these, I wish I had waited for a more refined version. They're compact and tidy but were hard to open, it's difficult to catch the threads which can make loading capsules challenging for people with larger fingers. They slightly decrease oven volume, but work well at keeping your oven cleaner. I would like to get more because I love the convenience of having multiple caps on hand, but I'd like to see refinements.
Cheryl C.
I was so excited waiting for these and I'm kinda disappointed unfortunately. Don't get me wrong they actually work really well when you can actually get them open. Maybe should have been made with a flip top lid because I couldn't get 2 caps open right outta the box and the caps are small and a little hard to handle. If it wasn't almost impossible to open the dosing caps I would use them all day everyday but unfortunately they fall short
Phyllis E.
I like the design and material. The threads need to be shorter but capsules have generally restored usability of device. All I need now is plan for capsule storage/transport.
Aubrey H.
The threads can be incredibly annoying to deal with but the capsules work much better than just loading the bowl instead
Greg F.
Capsules are threaded too finely that they are hard to handle. They need either more coarsely half or quarter threads or snap on/off caps. Until they are redone I won't recommend them.
Kurt P.
The capsules make a big difference with keeping the vape clean. The added bit of conduction adds to the experience for me as well.
Robert F.
We need aversion two that has wider threads, or a simple turn and lock system to close the capsule. These ahve threads that are too fine, and they often do not close and open the way they are intended to.
Gilda P.
Greetings, I was one of the few that was able to get these open. Well, the lids are on backwards. So, do I like them? Not really. I would prefer the capsules to be the right way. I am using them as is...but, it is NOT an ideal situation. I was told because they opened...I was NOT a candidate for a new batch of capsules to replace these little bastards... Oh well...not a problem. Life goes on...
rose h.
Convenient to pack multiple "bowls" before leaving home. Put them in your pocket and you're good to go without having to worry about packing your flower & grinder.
GERARD H.
The Airvape Legacy is by far my favorite dry flower vaping device. It's incredibly well made, health and environmentally conscious and produces smooth vapor. However, filling and cleaning is a little difficult. The new Legacy Pro fixes that thanks to designing in dosing capsule capability. The dosing capsules are so easy to fill and clean. The Legacy Pro is now perfect. Excellent battery life too.
Darin D.
Pretty good so far, used about 10x now. Get a nice even burn. Very satisfied.
Be nice to have a holder of some sort.
Peter B.
I have always liked the opportunity to be able to use a dosing capsule in my vapes. They really help to keep things clean. You may need to bump up your session temp a few degrees, but it's worth it. Plus the ability to load multiple capsules to take when away from home is a real plus. The Air Bubble from Legacy does a great job. My only complaint is that screwing the lid back on to the capsule after filling is EXTREMELY difficult. Either the lid cross-threads then falls off easily or the capsule slips out of my fingers and I lose my herb. If it weren't for this issue, Air Bubble dosing capsules would get 5 stars.
Matthew V.
Generally, this is a fantastic idea — essentially a cartridge-based system for you to have flower on the go. It's as easy to clean as any other component of the Legacy Pro, and very intuitive. I've noticed it works best lightly to mostly (~70%) filled; stuffing it can definitely impede the airflow a bit. Issues: I've already lost two of six; they are very easy to accidentally leave behind or throw out. Also, carrying them around is tricky with no case except for the very flimsy cardboard it comes in, and the cardboard is no match for jostling around in a bag. And this is an expensive convenience; if you're not using your vaporizer on the go a ton, it may not be worth it for you. I also find that using these strains the filters a bit less but definitely plugs up the adjustable wheel on the door a bit faster than raw flower; this doesn't obviate the need for cleaning.
Two suggestions for future improvements: Color-code these in some way so you can preload different strains and still be able to tell them apart, and offer a keychainable holder (I've been using a preroll tube that works about perfectly by diameter but is way too long; a shorter tube could be wildly useful). All in all, the increased mobility this offers is neat and could be great — if you don't lose everything immediately.
Daniel B.
Love the idea of the dosing capsules. Love the gold metal, too. After a couple weeks of use, I've noticed that the caps are hard to screw on correctly. If it was a cap that you just pushed down and pulled off, I think it would work much better, but I don't see how they could do that with how the Pro and its oven are implemented, though. Also, they are a tad too small to fill without making a mess. But, that might be me and my big fingers. Honestly, I've glad to have got them, and really happy to use them. Just takes a bit more work for me.
James C.
These work great and are easy to use. Also makes cleaning AVP easier.
Gary B.
The thread capsules aren't the easiest to work with and you also have greatly reduced capacity for material inside the capsule because of the shape
Pierre B.
These are a game changer, the ease of cleaning out chamber is so much easier to clean.
These are small so I find it better to get 12 (2 packs) as filling them is a bit tedious. Just remember the top side of lid has a small round lip. This knowledge will come in handy.
Mitchell S.
Been a fan of the Legacy Pro since it released and have been following the development of these dosing capsules for many months now. I was so excited to check them out!
Unfortunately, there are just a few quirks that make them underwhelm me. The first is the extremely fine threading. You have to very carefully line the threads up as it's very easy to cross thread, I have a feeling that these threads are going to get damaged over time and stop working.
The second issue is their capacity. These are designed to be used with the microdosing disk installed, which means you aren't getting the full capacity of the oven. The fix for this would be to make them taller, and to make them a replacement for the microdosing disk rather than an addition.
I am running them through the gauntlet now to see how they hold up over time. I hope Apollo continues to innovate on the dosing capsules and implements a Version 2 in the future.
Stephen B.
Great idea- helps minimize mess and it’s easy to pop one in quickly. The edges are sharp, however, it’s hard to see the threads, and it can be very hard to unscrew after heating and cooling.
Drew B.
Imagine being able to pull your Legacy’s chamber out to load herbs. Or going somewhere for a day or two and not wanting to bring your entire setup with you. That’s what you get. Lay an open pod in your palm, pack it lightly, close it, and drop it in the chamber. I loaded each in a pillbox for evening seshes. I found no loss in airflow with either thick or finer grinds. The Legacy Pro doesn’t get nearly as dirty since the herb is contained. The pod is gold-plated, so drop it in alcohol and, let it stew, wipe it clean. AirVape could probably publish a manual because there are some techniques I’ve picked up for using them. The stirring/packing tool with the Legacy Pro perfectly fits into the slot on the lid, so you can loosen/tighten the cap if necessary. The threading is tight, so the best technique for closing the pod is to place your finger or thumb on the lid and rotate. No force is needed. Just let the threads catch. Also, ensure the micro-dosing disk is screwed in entirely before closing the lid.
Jane R.
I love the idea of these but they’re hard to open and close.
Michael S.
Love the pods once they are loaded, funding the loading and recapping a little challenging but maybe its just me. Great product otherwise!
Pierre
These are a game changer,
The mess without these are crazy. With these it's so much easier.
The draw backs are there expensive, 44$ for 6 PC's.
They are a little tough to thread, just remember the lid has a small circle which is the top.
Christopher S.
They are tiny, so if you've got big fingers, be careful. But they save loading time and reduce cleanup.
Benito P.
Small, or my finger tips are to big. Convenient for short travel. Hot AF when reloading. Ouch
Michael R.
The only thing I don’t like about the legacy is loading and unloading too messy. These settles that problem great product. Michael R

So, when I first starting using the legacy pro I knew immediately there was something that needed to be done for on the go usage. This seems to be the answer to that problem. Ive been using them for a couple of days now on the go and the work pretty well. I feel if anything they might raise the lip on the top so that it seals with lid just a little more snug. All in all though, they're pretty neat and work well enough for what they do. Not disappointed with the purchase.
