I already own XS Go and X model vapes. I purchased the Legacy Special Edition as it was on deep discount.
When I first tried it, I wasn't getting nearly the amount of vapor that I'd expected given reviews that I'd seen. I contacted support and Giselle was very helpful in trying to help me sort out what was going on. It turned out that there was a "fit & finish" issue with the vape. In order to get a good draw through the oven, I had to squeeze the door tightly. I sent support a video. Giselle happily replaced it with a new one that seems to work better. I still note that it's best to lightly squeeze the door over the oven in order to get a solid stream of vapor, but it does deliver.
Compared to the XS Go and X models, the vape is much cooler and less harsh. It's a bit fiddly to get herb loaded, but, on balance, I like it.

I stopped vaping oil a while ago and finally decided it was time to get a vaporizer for flower, and this was what I settled on. I kind of scoffed at a review where a person mentioned there was a bit of a learning curve....and then I had it myself. I finally figured out how to pack it for the best experience (apparently they aren't kidding in their instructions when they say pack lightly.... very lightly indeed and then tamp down with the packing tool to make sure it's evenly dispersed. I like that I can play with the temperature so precisely! I adjusted the time on from the pre-set 3 minutes to 5 minutes, and that's perfect for me. The safety shut-off is supposed to kick-in at 60-seconds, but I've had it shut-off sooner than that when I've set it down next to me. I now just hold it the whole time, and it doesn't get too hot even when I might do a back-to-back and have it going 10 minutes. Overall, it's a solid choice and I really like it. I haven't had to change the filter or anything like that yet but it appears to be pretty straightforward. It's a nice handheld with precise temperature control that's as easy to hold in minute 1 as it is in minute 10.

Haven't had a chance to really put it through its paces, but it feels solid, beautifully engineered etc. Smooth vaping experience. Great accessories and spare parts, including free wireless charging pad. Great value.

Customer service is wonderful. My original Legacy was defective after about 4 mos. All I had to do was contact customer service and provide a video demonstrating what didn’t work.
A new one has arrived and it works perfectly!!!

This vaporizer is the best flower vapes I've tried so far. First I had the linx Eden and it was sup bar. Next I tried the airvape xs go and it is a great vapw but get clogged quickly and only lasts about 3 bowls. This vape is absolutely. It has amazing airflow and heating capabilities. Absolutely love and would reccomend it to anyone wanting to try out a flower vapes for the first time.

Legacy and Legacy Pro are comparable but I prefer this version. This unit is slightly easier to clean and there have been no issues with functionality. Customer service is top notch!

Greetings, I think it's too heavy, it gets way too messy inside. I do not like the material on the outside of the unit. It will eventually look dirty. I thought I was going to love it. But, having it in my hand is a different story. I am sorry.

The vape heats a few seconds and says it’s at temperature and it’s not. I have to run a few cycles before it gets to a vaping temperature.
It’s a step down from my old DaVinchi.

I have owned two of these so far. The first one I sent back because it didn't seem like it was working properly. But, now that I got another one, I think it is just how they work. The company advertises a 15 second heat up time. Mine takes around 2 minutes of being on before you see any vapor from the hits. That is what the first one was doing too, and why I sent it back. The design is sweet. It looks awesome. But, the functionality is sub-par and not as advertised. Though it does hit fairly well after that 2 minutes of warm up time.

Nice unit, there is a learning curve to it. It seems I have to keep mine at 410 degrees and wait an extra 15 -20 seconds for it to heat up to where I get a good pull. No vapor and little if any odor left behind. It really has to heat up good to get the effect of smoking. Its a fun device.

The Airvape Legacy is my 5th portable convection vape. It works great after it heats up. I have found it takes more than 15 seconds to get vapor, but that's fine. It hits like a champ after it gets to temp.

The Air Vape Legacy Special Edition is a major step up from the Air Vape X. The battery life seems as if it's tripled! Being able to replace the battery is also a huge upgrade as well. I enjoy the elegant design that conceals several new features of the vape.
I highly recommend the Air Vape Legacy SE if you want to get full flavor and effect from your dry herb or wax concentrate. You will not be disappointed in this vape!

I have the X, XS and now the Legacy, I have my temp on 420, once temp is reached is there a longer inhaling period for the Legacy to heat up with the chamber packed loosely? Should I inhale strong or normally???

Besides power-related capabilities, it's not that good. I'd go with something else. The bowl is hard to load and keep clean. I also am unable to get any strong hits from it. Not very impressed. Pros - battery life, wireless charging, fast heating time... Everything else is a con.

The new Legacy by Airvape is without a doubt the most advanced dry herb vaporizer on the market. For reference I own & have previously used the Airvape X, and before that the Arizer Air. Both of those models had their own pro’s and cons. I can confidently state that the Legacy is the best of all worlds. The all-glass air tube is perfect! The replaceable 18650 battery is excellent! Add to that rapid heat-up, wireless charging, and the ability to vape oils/concentrate along with dry herb and you have a grand-slam! By far, the most pleasurable, low-maintenance dry herb vape you can buy… Love it!!!

I've been anxiously waiting for this new vape to arrive. I own a previous version in the Airvape X so getting this I'm excited. When I unboxed the legacy I was pleasantly surprised at all the extras in the box, including wireless charging, a definite plus. The legacy is quite a bit heavier & bulkier. I love the big the basket & the amount of herb it holds. I love the way it feels. I'm very happy that I decided to pay for a better updated vape. It's worth the price.

This is my second vape from these guys. My first one was the XS Go, I love it, but need a longer battery life, so I upgraded to the Legacy SE. I pre ordered this and was anxiously waiting it's arrival. After a short delay, because our crazy world, it arrived. I was impressed with the packaging. But I was more impressed with the device itself. The device feels very well constructed and just feels solid in the hand.
Pros: quality build, battery life, quality of vapor, clean taste, wide range of personalized temperature settings,
Cons: (these are my concerns because of my neurological limitations) bowl hard to load without mess(over came this, by making a little syringe like press/ loader), cleanup(a few small parts and tight spots that need to be kept clean) wireless charging brick and device get evenly hot while charging wirelessly
But all in all, I highly recommend this vaporizer! The cons I've listed are only minor and will probably not even be an issue for 99% of the people using it.
