- After purchasing the shipping & handling fee, will send you a free shipping label, that can be printed and attached to any envelope that is sturdy enough to send JUST the device itself with charging cable and wall mount. (bubble wrap envelope, or other sturdy envelope is recommended)
- We will analyze the unit and send a new or the repaired unit back to you.
- Please make sure the shipping address is the correct address. We need this for your return label
- Shipping and handling of the new unit is also included in the warranty replacement charge.
