Pumpkin Cheesecake Cannababies
(makes 12 treats)
This easy, no-bake recipe while vaporizing is designed to help make your Thanksgiving feast a complete success. The individual servings make dosing more consistent and the flavors are seasonal to compliment the rest of the meal.
Go slow, as these may “pack a punch”!

4 oz. ABV Cannabutter (see our blog post here)
8 oz cream cheese, preferably at room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup pumpkin (or get crazy and substitute roasted sweet potato!)
1,2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or simple cinnamon can suffice)
Pecan Sandies (or other type of cookie or crust)
Make the Filling:
In an electric mixer, cream together the cannabutter and cream cheese until soft smooth. Add the powdered sugar in slowing, mixing thoroughly to fluff a bit. Once the mixture is smooth add the vanilla and pumpkin (or sweet potato) and mix until the filling is consistent.
Assemble the Treats:
Line the muffin tin with the cupcake papers. Place a cookie in the bottom of each paper and spoon or pipe the filling on top. Pay attention to avoid over-filling and try to make portions even.
Make this recipe in advance, as these like to chill in the refrigerator to become more firm – making them easier to serve and enjoy.

Try these variations:
Chocolate Cheesecake Cannababies – skip the pumpkin and spices, and add ¼ cup cocoa powder with 2 Tbsp milk to the cream cheese, cannabutter and powdered sugar mixture. Use Oreo cookies, or another chocolate cookie for the crust.
Strawberry Cheesecake Cannababies – rather than pumpkin, stir in 1/3 cup strawberry jam. If the jam is very sweet, you might want to reduce the sugar a bit.
