I've been quite pleased with this little vape. Since I have a tendency to drop things I ordered the sleeve for protection. I've also been happy with that. It protects the device and keeps the heat away.

It feels great in the hand, but it's a little slippery on the device itself. It's not a perfect fit around the air vents, but it's close enough that it doesn't block air flow.

The Silicone Sleeve for the AirVape X is overall pretty good ~ ~ 3.5/5 ~ ~
I got the Silicone Sleeve mainly to help with heat during use of the AirVape X, and to avoid any sort of cosmetic damage due to "normal wear and tear". With this sleeve, I no longer worry about the device getting damaged.
Sitting at $27.00 CAD, it's not cheap considering it's just a single piece of silicon, but also not too expensive and considering shipping is free to Canada makes it a good deal. The AirVape X simply slides down into the sleeve and that's it, zero skill required for installation. There are nice large cutouts for the air vents at the top part of the AirVape X, as well for the display, buttons, and charging port at the bottom of the device. The silicone material itself is smooth, almost like a matte finish feel to it. The color is a dark bluish/grey, and from other reviews I would say the sleeve definitely matches the black AirVape X more than the blue model.
Pros & Cons;
Pros: Looks nice, added protection and heat resistance, free shipping.
Cons: Silicone is not grippy/textured at all. Anyone with dry hands or someone who uses it wearing gloves, it's very slippery and will not provide much, if any, grip. ------- For those who love using the AirVape X Shell to carry around your AirVape X, you will have to remove the Silicone Sleeve every time you wish to use the AirVape X Shell. I know, genius right! ~ #AirVaping
