I understand that this product is not intended for pregnant or nursing women, children, people with or at risk for heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, or asthma. I understand that inhalation of herbal materials may aggravate existing respiratory and other health conditions and that I should thoroughly investigate any herbal materials before using. expenses (including the cost of any investigation and reasonable attorney’s fees), damages, obligations, deficiencies, and liabilities, which arise or result from or are related to (a) the processing of the order; (b) the purchase of the product; (c) the delivery of the product); and, (d) use of the product, and/or any consequences which flow therefrom.
