The Legacy PRO, the AirVape X and the XS GO can be used to vaporize waxy oil concentrates by using the concentrate cup insert, which can be purchased on our website, under the accessories tab for only $14.99.

Keep in mind that while using the concentrate cup or pad, is to not be used to vaporize e-liquid nor e-juice. The concentrate cup is to only be used for waxy oil concentrate. When using the concentrate cup or pad, only use a very small amount of wax, about the size of a grain of rice and vaporize at higher temperature settings.

If you would like to see more vapor being produced, grind the herb (not too fine) with a 2 layer grinder prior to packing the chamber.  Pack the chamber tightly, then set the temperature at 420F for more visible smoke.

Please keep in mind that vaporizing is also eliminating 90% of the smoke, please don't expect a huge smoke cloud compared to when you are burning the herbs.

The Legacy PRO and X Royal are compatible with the upgraded USB-C Charging cable.

The XS GO and AirVape X Black are compatible with any universal micro USB charger, wall adapter at 110 voltage.

For best results, we would recommend to grind the herb with a 2 layer grinder prior to packing the chamber, but we wouldn't recommend grinding the herb too fine as the vape could get clogged and damage the unit if the herb is too dusty or like powder.

You may or may not bring your vaporizer as carry on depending on the airlines. So it is always best to check with the airline you are flying with to see what their restrictions are in bringing your vaporizers on board.

Shipping FAQs

Orders are fulfilled within 48 hours from purchase, excluding weekends and Holidays.  If an order was placed during the weekend, the item will be fulfilled by the following Monday, at the latest by Tuesday.

Yes, all of our shipments are packaged in discreet packaging. 

"Pre-shipment" means that your package has left our warehouse and is waiting to be scanned by USPS to begin its journey to you.  Please allow up to 8 business days for your tracking information to update.

We've had plenty of instances where the package wasn't scanned by USPS, but still arrived on time.
